About Melbourne Meeples

Melbourne Meeples Inc is an Australian not for profit incorporated association dedicated to providing opportunities to its members and to the general community to play and experience a range of board games. We organise regular board game days and other events, including annual board gaming conventions.

This is our official merchandise store. As with everything Melbourne Meeples, we have tried to make sure we offer great products at reasonable prices in keeping with our values. All revenue generated from this store goes in supporting day-to-day running of Melbourne Meeples.

  • Where are your products printed?

    All Melbourne Meeples merchandise is printed locally. We have partnered with a local printer to ensure the best quality while supporting local businesses.

  • Are your products ethically sourced?

    We are committed to ethical practices and are working with a local printer who shares our values. Our products are sourced from reputable manufacturers and suppliers who adhere to fair labor practices and environmental standards.

  • I do not see the option to select my size in my preferred colour. What are my options?

    While we strive to offer a wide range of sizes and colours, we understand that individual needs may vary. If your size is not currently available, please know that we are continuously working to expand our options. We recommend checking back periodically as our inventory is regularly updated. Additionally, feel free to reach out to us with any specific sizing requests or inquiries. We're committed to providing the best possible shopping experience for everyone.

  • I noticed some of the colours are cheaper than others. Why is that?

    The options we have available are driven by our suppliers. With colours like white, they sometimes are able to offer better pricing. We simply pass these savings on.

  • I am not in a position to buy an item in my preferred colour. Can I buy it later or can it be reserved?

    Unfortunately we do not hold inventory for any of the items in store. They are all made-to-order only. Some colours (esp seasonal) can go out of stock as our supplier might decide to stop manufactoring them. We have no control over this.

Orders, Shipping, Pick Up and Returns

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Additionally, we also accept payment via PayPal.

  • Can I pickup my product(s) from a Melbourne Meeples event?

    Yes, but with caveats. Any order that is placed before 20th March 2024 will be able to be picked up from OzBunnyCon 2024.
    For pickup from any other Melbourne Meeple events, please get in touch with us before placing an order.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders usually arrive within 3-7 business days, while international orders may take longer.

  • Can I track my order?

    Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment online.

  • What is your return policy?

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item(s), you may be able top return them within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please refer to our Returns page for detailed instructions on how to initiate a return.

  • What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

    In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

  • Why does my username/password not work?

    Our merch store is run by our partner, whereas we run Melborne Meeples website ourselves. Unfortunately this means we cannot sync the data or user information between the two. Rest assured your details are safe with our partner and will not be used for any other purpose.
